Jono Harschutz
President, CEO
Jono Harschutz is the founding owner of PROMIT and Alpha Exteriors, with over a decade of restoration and construction experience. Jono gained his experience working with one of the nation’s leading disaster restoration and reconstruction companies, overseeing all Emergency Services and Operations.
Mr. Harschutz has managed the estimation and reconstruction of more than $1B in construction consulting, restoration and reconstruction projects. His disaster recovery experience has taken him to the frontlines of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Hurricane Ike in Houston and most recently Lower Manhattan after Hurricane Sandy.
A man of faith and family first, he believes the value of hard work and honoring your word. His beliefs have created a Pro-Mit family that responds immediately to disaster crises because he knows how important family and home are to the clients he serves.
Ryan Cowan
Vice President
Ryan earned a MBA from the University of Cambridge, England while serving as a career United States Naval Officer. His military career carried him from a small farming town in Wisconsin to England, Turkey, Japan, Africa, and the Middle East– supporting both humanitarian and combat operations over a 20-year career as enlisted and officer. Prior to his service, Ryan was raised in a construction family, having worked in residential and commercial remodeling for nearly a decade.
Ryan’s passion is working with teams of people to deliver quality projects that make clients happy. From his years serving in the military, Ryan is dedicated to the concept of “Mission First, People Always.” Your job is our mission and good people make it happen. Good people make the mission happen through strong, mutually supportive relationships bound by respect and nurtured by professional, yet personal communication.
